If you use paid features, you agree to pay the applicable fees, which are generally non-refundable. Your account will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal cycle.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that causes legal liability. You may cancel your account at any time, but refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or due to a material breach by the Company.

DataDisco expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be accurate, complete, or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, DataDisco will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or $200.00 USD.
